Refund policy

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@goodgameshades.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Wrong colorway? Not the right fit? We've got you. To request an exchange, email us at info@goodgameshades.com with your order number and the colorway you'd like instead. We'll handle the rest.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
— Items marked as Final Sale 
— Gift cards

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at info@goodgameshades.com.
